He who makes a beast out of himself.

Lessandro was sitting at the bar after drinking several sobering draughts .. and having some food (that wasnt even that good he might add) trying to keep his body awake .....but it was useless, he felt bad regardless of what he did ... when he had came back to hogwarts he didnt even felt in the mood to bash it at someone ... he just simply either hex them or get over it ... Lee had little patience, that was a given.

the blackhaired placed his elbow on the table and rested his chin on his hand, closing his eyes a little bit trying to lose himself into his thoughts....

Nicole had a free day today with her father handling a business meeting over her opening her garage up, so she thought what better way to spend her free day than going into Hogsmeade. Though, she ended up getting a little lost. Well she wasn't lost, she knew where she was, but for her to go into the Hog's head, she must have been lost. Look at her, this was really not her place. Or was it?

Nicole walked into the Hog's head and made her way over to the bar. She pulled up a stool and ordered a beer. Whatever beer they served. As she waited for her drink to arrive she looked to see who else was sitting at the bar, and she noticed the young man. He didn't appear to be that much younger than her. Anyway, as he looked a little down in the dumps or at least have something on his mind, she asked "everything OK?"

Lee was lost in his thoughts... the most prominent ones being his parents and how he wanted to be a death eater... and how that now didnt seem to be the meaning of his existance.... it actually made him a bad man, to build a reputation indeed.... but it wasnt going to fullfill his needs, needs that he didnt even knew he had.... like being afraid to die .. or being bored the rest of his life if they lost this chance ...

Tsk tsk tsk .. and then there was a Michelle .. a big factor that changed part of the equation ... it was something new, whatever she meant to him .. it did made a big impact..... now he just had to figure out what he was going to do with all of this ....

"everything OK?"

He snapped out of it and opened his eyes .. to look at whoever just interrupted his thoughts.... wich he founded to be a woman .. a rather good looking one (scratch that she was gorgeous).. but he didnt payed all of his attention to that but to the sarcasm that was inminent.

Lee first laughed slightly and smiled, rolling his eyes right after “ Oh yeah .. everything is sweet and peaches..” by the time he opened his mouth he was probably nice talking her. ....he wasnt flirting (yet) but he was not using his rude tone on her either.

"Are you sure? You seem like you have something on your mind" she replied, and though she knew she might have appeared to be prying, she wasn't. She just didn't like to see people troubled, if she did see someone who appeared to have something on their mind, she did like to try and help them out.

"I know you don't know me but-" she said then was cut off when her beer was placed down in front of her, she paid quickly, took a sip from her beer then turned back to the boy to continue "...My ears are available to listen to anything you might want to get off your mind. Plus sometimes, not knowing someone can help with talking about things.. At least I find anyway".

He was now definately paying attention to her, actually amused by the fact that she was having a beer..... well not many girls were into beers ... but he founded that she did quite awesome .. it was nice to find a girl that wasnt all pretty and pink once in a while.

“ Well..” he started ... curious now as to how exactly would she help him by listening ... or if she had an opinion .. at least it would be entertaining to hear it “ ..Im thinking im kinda bored.. of my life .. and that i need to change it, or leave hogwarts. And i think i like someone .. so ..that complicates things more.” He stopped talking to see how she reacted to all of it.

Nicole listened as the boy spoke his mind, she supped from her drink and continued to listen. "Hmmm" she started after he finished, then took another sip. "Well I got bored at one point, I was taking social courses to help me become a school counsellor. It wasn't totally filling me needs, so I took some mechanic courses too. I myself -this is just my opinion- think you shouldn't drop out of school. Mayeb do some activities there, maybe take up Quidditch if you're not already on the team. You know, something like that. Or just try taking on another course".

A little colour filled her cheeks as she was now about to speak about liking people. She wasn't shy to talk about liking people, more the fact she was a little embarrassed with herself at knowing she'd only ever had one boyfriend in her life, and that ended swimmingly .

"I'm not the best one for advice on relationships, but I know what it's like to like someone .. And not be sure about them as in if they're right for you or if they even like you back the same way, is that your problem? That you like this person but you're not sure about them. Like maybe they're just using you, or they don't even like you. Things like that?" she asked.

Lee was amused the whole time she spoke .... specially at the quidditch part .. i mean even if he joined the team what position could he take that would satisfy that need for violence? beater? chances are he would end up killing the keeper.

The brunette arched an eyebrow and realize she was getting nervous from this whole liking someone topic .. this made Lessandro smirk slightly and and divert the conversation.

“ .. wao.. doesnt look like you wouldnt know beautiful .. i thought you had way off more than me, anyhow ..” he stopped to look at her up and down and then continued talking. “ We have way too many differences...” like she was dead and he was alive .. and she was after his blood .. yeah that pretty much got it short.

"No I don't know. Which was why I was asking" she said holding back a smirk that wanted to show. Smirking wasn't her style, as much as at times she could do with smirking, she always tried to hold them back. Instead she smiled a little. Nicole listened as Lessandro mentioned there being way too many differences between him and this mystery girl, and all she said in reply was "... So?" that was it, a simple 'so'.

... Though... She soon added "differences can be good. You shouldn't not be with someone because you're different from them. You don't be with someone because you don't like them. Because They hurt you, because they treat you like crap. Not because you have too many difference.

Lee thought for a moment about Michelle and realized perhaps the girl in front of him was right ... aside from the big differences they had, Lessandro did liked Michelle, no matter if she wanted his blood or not .. there was other things why he did had a thing for Michelle Binx after all ... and she was sorta sweet to him in her own way, pfft otherwise she wouldave kill him sooner than he could blink.

“Maybe youre right sweetheart, thanks for the advice.” He said and smiled back to her offering his hand politely.

“Im Lessandro.” He was now curious about her... and thought he was also taking his time checking her out...

If only Nicole knew the boy in front of her was talking about a vampire, her advice might have been pretty different. If he was of the age of eighteen she might have minded her own business and said to just be careful. But as he's still in school, she would have felt compelled to try and advice toward ... A ... Nice, human girl. Nicole held her hand out to accept Lessandro's and said, "I'm Nicole, and I'm actually pretty new in town. You would be the first person I've officially met around here in the UK".

Lee half smiled when the girl introduced herself “Nicole.. i like your name, its pretty.” He said and then payed attention at her previous statement.... wich was her not knowing people around since she was new... added an explanation as to why she wasnt crowded with crazy stalkers around ... well now he got to meet someone like Lee.. what a rotten luck, yet he was nice for now, wich was rare.

“ I can show you around.” He offered and then chuckled. “ So .. youre a mechanic ... thats .. kind of .. hot.” He said being funny of course, he wasnt openly just beign a pig or flirting with her, Lee just wanted to put the truth out there, he founded that rather attractive like he was sure many guys thought the same.

“ Im glad to be the first person youve met here, youre actually nice.”

"Thank you" she said smiling genuinely over her name being nice, her parents did well with naming her, she had to admit as she quite like her name. When Lessandro had offered to show her around, a different thought came into her mind. "You go to Hogwarts don't you? I could do with getting hold of your Head Master, do you think you could help me?"

Nic's dad was busy with the whole mechanic thing, so Nicole thought she might as well see about getting a job at the school as the counsellor, if they needed one that is. To her the mechanic thing was just like a hobby, than a job. She could do that in her free time, like over the school holidays and while she's at the school she could have someone else to work it the other times. Perfect.

Nicole laughed about the mechanic thing being hot, and she replied "some guys love it. Others find it a turn off. The men who don't like it are the ones who usually like their girls to be all girlie and proper and pretty, and not in greasy over alls" she rolled her eyes, "those ones are usually the rich snooty guys" which, was all she usually met back home. With her dad being a body guard for a big Mafia family back home, that kind of life, social life only brought the rich men to her door. Which made her glad she'd moved here. She was sure the men here had to be more open minded, and if they were all like Lee then she knew she had made the right choice in coming here.

"The Mechanic thing though, it's just more of a hobby. I want to be a counsellor more than anything". Smiling over being nice, she replied "you're not so bad yourself". He really did seem nice, so far anyway. So it made her glad he was the person she'd met. "I'm hoping all the guys around here are like you, are they?"

“ Youre welcome.” He said right away, deep down not able to understand why was he even being this nice?, usually he treated people like garbage, althought when people looked at him at first sight, all of them founded impossible to imagine he was a bad person who treats women like trash and who didnt even was loyal to his friends but to actual money and pleasures (including pain), but all of them at some point figured it out breaking beneath all the charm .. somehow he was infact quite cruel.

“ I would love to talk to the headmaster, i wouldnt mind seeing you around often, im sure they would take you in for councillor, the last time there was one, was a weird old man with a fascination for butterflies, trust me, it was rather frightening, so for once ill have an excuse to talk to the looney headmaster without being because he suspects of me.” Lee was going to get a smoke from his coat but ... realized it was better not to do it in front of Nicole .. if she was really going to be the councillor .. tssssk that might get him into his not-so-sane-and-needs-help list.

Lee snorted and half smiled at Nicole when she said he was not so bad himself. “I must have done something wrong if i gave you that impression ... i promise to change that soon, as for the rest, im sure theres much more pleasant men to talk to than me, im usually the bad guy around this department ....” Lee turned to the bar again and smiled, feeling like laughing big time while he ordered firewhiskey.. not minding Nicole .. i mean maybe the smoke was bad but .. he wasnt going to hide who he was.

"Wonderful! Thank you, Lessandro" she replied over the Head Master, "maybe we could meet here again in a couple of days and you can let me know what he says? Or would he meet me here? Or would he let me come to the school?" she was getting a little excited now. "Never mind, you probably don't know what would happen. All you know is you can talk to the Head Master, but who knows what he will say or do after".

Nicole frowned a little when Lessandro said he must have done something wrong, and for him promising to change that soon. "Why? It's a good thing ..." she said then went silent to listen to him as he said he's usually the bad guy. "Oh I see..." she said implying something, "you're one of those... One of those mysterious guys who play the bad cards so people don't cross you, if someone sees a different side to you then it's bad. Oh gosh Merlin forbid someone see you have a nice side". When Nicole finished speaking, she finally let her smirk show.

Lee grinned and decided to play along. “ Its all a matter of perspective.. i dont mind you thinking im nice... youre a sweetheart of course you do, but if my mood ever changes let me know if you still think im a nice guy.” Lessandro then gave up and didnt gave a crap about what she would think ... picking a smoke from his coat and lighting it up.

“ Well, judging from how the headmaster treats his staff .... i think the best way to go to its you going to talk to him .. ill take you there, and ill say youre a good friend of mine, i dont think he haves any objections with my friends, hes not precisely fond of me ... and..” Lee looked at Nicole and smirked right back at her. “ Nevermind... once he sees you he ll think im going down the good and all things right path ... he should be able to bond with you.” Lee then changed subject again while he exhaled some of the smoke from his lungs slowly and drank his whiskey paying no attention to the looks some of the grown ups down the bar were giving him ... thought this was hogshead it was still surprising to see a sixteen year old drinking whiskey like it was water ... specially if they were from hogwarts... they expected them to be all sweet and peaches, but he was just not.

“ The more you try to figure me out sweetheart .. the more you find what not to like.”

Nicole was pleased to hear Lessandro's response over the Head Master, and Lee offering to take her straight to the big man himself. "Great! Can't wait, and if I do get the job, it would be pretty nice knowing someone there already: You". Nicole couldn't wait to see the school, she'd never seen Hogwarts, but had heard the place was gorgeous and one of the best wizarding schools there is.

Nicole watched as Lessandro began smoking, and also was drinking alcohol. Tsk, the look on her face totally implied she wasn't impressed. "They'll kill you" she said meaning both the alcohol and the smoking, then just to be "funny" she sipped some of her beer. Funny as in she had just said alcohol can kill you and there she is drinking it, "this doesn't count of course. It's a light beer and my liver can handle it as I'm an adult".



"Oh pish" she said over his last words on the more she figured him out, etcetera. "You don't know me, you can't say that. First impressions mean everything, your first impression on me is a good one. So if I do keep trying to figure you out and find some not so nice things, that won't make me dislike you or anything like that. If anything it would make me try to help you".

“ Well .. you have a point, then again im not exactly popular in a good sense..” He chuckled and then continued “ Tsk i should just walk in and tell everyone youre my girlfriend, that would take my popular status from the floor to the clouds” He laughed and joked around with how Nicole was a right hottie and he could just use that to his advatage ... thought when she said she would want to help him Lee rolled his eyes.

“ Well you said it yourself.. you can try, that wont mean you can succeed.” He finished his drink and payed no attention to her warning. “ Coffin nail .. dont worry, its sealed.” He then proceeded to encourage her to get the job, Lessandro wouldnt actually mind to talk with Nicole here and then ... what was the harm anyways. “ Im sure you ll get the job, youre right for it, besides, the headmaster is not that strict.”

Nicole smiled bashfully at the compliment, or maybe it was a come on? Over his Lee's popularity would shoot up if he told people at school she was his girlfriend. "You're too sweet ...Or, are you coming onto me?" If he was coming onto her, she would probably have to think him as a little flirt, not a sweetheart.

"Oh believe me, Lessandro. I will be trying my hardest, and I'm not one to give up easily. I'm quite ... As my ex put it 'a stubborn little bitch'" she said, then smiled a little.

Lessandro felt the need to smirk as soon as the woman asked if he was trying to come onto her, now that was hilarious, thought it wasn't far from what he would usually do ... Lee never really let age intimidate him .. and that sometimes actually made him succeed, in this case however he had no interest.

“You surprise me miss! i would never! that is so ... wrong.” He faked to be scandalized in sarcasm before grinning at last, quite amused with his own joke, finishing the sentence with a lust like tone not proper for his age. Oh he would do much more to her than just trying to flirt .... he .. ok! he was getting distracted from the topic.

“ Then we will most certainly drive each other insane, im quite stubborn as well dear.” He laughed and finished his cigarette before pressing it against the ashtray on the bar, finally paying his full attention to Nicole.

“ I can't wait to see you helping little brats ... that would make my day.” He smiled thought he didn't meant to offend, the boy was simply messing around.

Well could this be any more embarrassing for the young woman? She didn't think so. Though, when she heard that tone in his voice, she didn't know if he was being serious, over being scandalized over her asking if he was coming onto her. "Ermm ... Well, as much as it wouldn't be totally wrong if you were, lets just make sure flirting and coming onto each other never happens" she said, thinking best to say 'each other' instead of just Lee.

"Two stubborn people mixing together, indeed someone would be going insane" she replied laughing lightly, "hopefully one of us will find the in-between line and give in". To be honest, Nicole could see it being her. She was stubborn, very stubborn on certain things, but for some reason, she got this gut feeling where it was going to be her and Lee, she would be the one backing down.

Nicole finished her drink off, then suggested "shall we head to the school now?"
